GALACO SERVICE - APPLIANCE REPAIR

I had an extended warranty on my dishwasher. The push button pad was broken. I scheduled an appointment and it was an 8 - 12 window. I called and asked if they could come between 10 and 12 and they said of course. Cory arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and returned 3 days later to install it. This could not have been any easier. I highly recommend Galaco.

Excellent service come. Came right on time. Polite and efficient. Fixed my washer in one day. They did everything to fix it. I would hire them again and you should hire them for all your appliance repairs.

The guy who was sent out was great and friendly, whoever the lady was who I talked to on the phone was not helpful at all. I had explained that the fridge froze and broke the water filter and to make sure the repair guy knew, she told me they don't cover filters (I explained this fridge is new and never worked from the start) obviously she didn't care. The repair guy fixed the fridge (seems to be working) I had to go get a filter for it myself. I did call the fridge company and they said yes the filter is warranty and are sending one out But that will take 7 to 10 days. The lady could have called and got the ok to replace the filter and got paid for it. Nope I had to deal with it.

Appliance plus set up appointment, You called set up time and day, found out I needed a part, you ordered, called when in, set up time and was fixed. Very nice guy "Erick" I think!!

After 3 failed repair attempts from another service company, Galaco diagnosed and repaired my issue in less than 10 days. 5 star service from Galaco, I couldn’t be happier!!

Great service to fix our refrigerator. Timely and kept us informed of the parts needed.

They were amazing and fixed everything super quick. We had a recall type of situation for our Whirpool washer. They fixed everything with no cost to us!! Really nice tech came and got the job done quick.

No complaints at all. Work was completed promptly in 2 visits, as explained by repairman. Clean up of area good, very respectful of property and very kind to my animals, too!
