Bryan is a very intelligent and outstanding Principal Engineer. He thoroughly inspected the foundation of a new home we were in the process of purchasing, identified the flaws in the concrete slab, and provided detailed instruction on repairs that needed to be made. I can't describe how thankful we were, that we decided to have him come out. I feel more confident in our new homes structure now. If you have to pay for an engineer out of pocket, they typically are quite expensive, but they are often worth it. Thankfully we convinced the builder to pay.
