I only had 1 key with the car i bought and over time that one broke and had been a nightmare trying to open my car door with the central locking buttons also missing. Gain Access is the go to 5 star Locksmith business for residential residential and auto for emergencies and non emergencies. Ross is a 5 star + consummate professional. I was in an urgent scenario of my own making (flat battery as I left my car lights on). As a result I could not access my car. It was 1500 on a Friday afternoon and it looked like I would not have a car for the weekend. I made contact with Ross and he agreed to attend my address. Ross, was punctual, polite, supportive and nothing was too much trouble. It was evidently clear he had considerable experience and accessed the car almost immediately, confirming the diagnosis and then charged my battery so the car would start and the key fob worked. Ross was enthusiastic, demonstrating sound common sense navigating unforeseen difficulties and I have no hesitation in recommending Gain Access and Ross to others. I will be contacting Ross gain to sort me out with a spare set of car keys.

Super fast, friendly and professional service. My back door locking mechanism went and I was seen quickly. He arrived within a couple of days and fixed it within an hour; the price was great too! I would use Gain Access Locksmiths again and highly recommend others to do so for any lock troubles.

I can’t recommend Ross enough. He was so patient and persistent even when things weren’t going to plan. He came back twice very promptly on both occasions without any hassle. Nothing was to much for him and I’m extremely grateful we found his services.
