Gacha's Parking - Brooklyn

This is the only parking garage I’ve worked with that hasn’t felt scammy. Alberto was always very helpful when I called him on the phone. We ended up canceling our monthly parking a day after signing up because the parking space felt too tight for me to comfortably park my CRV there, but they were really great and worked to refund us. If I had a smaller car or if there were more parking spots available I totally would have stayed.

This place is perfect if you're going shopping, dining, or going to the DMV. Parking prices are reasonably good. Just a hint take pictures of the area and make a not of when you go towards the elevator what side your going, as it can cost you extra money walking around looking for your car.

They guy parking the cars was rude when asked what the next steps were. He was very sarcastic. Said it's call Park and Go for a reason. Will charge you extra 20 dollars to have your car parked on ramp and ready after event. We waited for free for about 15 minutes which was fine. Close to Barclays at a fair price.

They do not respect the designated parking times for reserved pay parking

Good place. bit pricey but probably standard considering the location. The employees aren't great at english but they are very nice and helpful. Been here twice, no issues. Great!
