Miccoli & Sons were amazing to work with! They completely brought my vision to life and made the whole process very easy. Tony was so patient while we went back and forth on the details, and the team who came to template and install the worktops were brilliant and did such a beautiful job. I’m absolutely over the moon with how everything turned out and honestly couldn’t recommend them more!

From visiting the factory and choosing our stone from a great selection, to dealing with the helpful and knowledgeable staff the whole experience was slick and well carried out. The guys who came and worked on the template and fitted the kitchen tops could not have been more helpful they were polite efficient and tidy, fantastic job at a reasonable price. I must admit my wife and I are totally baffled that one or two reviews that seem negative, we would thoroughly recommend Miccoli and Sons. Thank you for a fantastic job.

We have just had a great experience, Arrived without an appointment Met a great sales guy who knew exactly what we wanted Gave us a sample to take away The address of their wholesaler Had a question over the weekend sent via email The MD replied on the Saturday The sales guy sent a competitive quote on the Tuesday All in all a fantastic service and recommend Haven’t mentioned names incase this blocks the review Thank you

We got quartz worktops for our new kitchen. Team were very helpful. We were able to walk round the factory and pick out the slabs we wanted. Good fitters that took care and neat caulking to finish. I would feel comfortable recommending. Thanks

From the beginning it was an awful experience with T. Micoli, his colleague Chris was a lovely chap, but Toni only seems to care about the money. Having provided detailed kitchen plans and paid nearly £2000 deposit we were left for over 3 weeks before anyone came to template our worktops, when calling to enquire when we would have our templates done he only seemed concerned about if he had our money in his bank, which he had at that point been holding for over 2 weeks. He seemed quite prepared to tell me that he worked on £1 million contracts etc. but at the same time used staffing issues due to holidays as an excuse, leaving the impression that our simple kitchen was beneath him. Susbsequently no material had been reserved let alone ordered, something I later found out could have been done as they had a 3 week return policy with Cimstone, so when they finally got around to it the material we chosen was unavailable to us meaning a potential 2 month wait. This was the point that T Micoli attempted to talk us into a less suitable alternative or UPSALE a more expensive version of the one we had originally chosen, going from 20mm to 30mm and at a increased cost to us. Even if we had have swallowed the problem we would have been delayed by at the least another week from the given fit date due to all the problems caused. He even cancelled an order after having agreed to make it so we could see the different material he had suggested. He was not prepared to discuss the inflated cost, and the original quote, in any way given the nature of the situation. Both my wife and I found his attitude quite poor especially on the telephone quoting his companies reputation and 100 year life span, which I am certain is down to his forebears and not himself. Subsequently I found a company that would come out to template within 3 days would only take deposit on day of template, ordering the material that day the day after, and would be able to fit within a week to 10 days. The chap I dealt with was very easy to talk to and understanding going over and above to help. I am told by many colleagues in the industry this is the way it should be done... I can honestly say I would never speak to T. Micoli again and would certainly NOT recommend his company. He even refused at first to pay our deposit back until he was ready, stating that he was tired from a trip to Italy and would do it the following day, he had at this point held our money for some 5 weeks and didnt seem bothered that he had put us in this terrible situation he had. Don't get me wrong we are talking about worktops this not life and death by any means but taking care of the smaller customers is certainly not T. Micoli's priority in our view.

I can honestly say the only thing that went smoothly with my bathroom refurbishment was when this company were involved. Every other tradesperson/company let me down in various ways. Fantastic service. Reliable. Prompt. Helpful. Thank you.

I have used G Micolli & Sons for over 20 years and would not use another company to supply and install my stone. Family run business with good customer service.

Too greedy. I won’t be recommending or using this company again
