I would not recommend this junk yard. They sold us a part that turned out to be completely unusable, and when I tried to return it, they refused to give my money back. The quality of the parts they sell is very poor, and their customer service is even worse. They don’t stand behind what they sell, and the way they handle returns is unprofessional. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually checks their parts and respects their customers.

Ordered from GM Used Auto Parts all the way from San Antonio and was blown away by how smooth it went. The new manager was so helpful—found a part I couldn’t find anywhere in town, pulled it for free, and shipped it out the same day. Got it in two days and it worked perfectly. Plus, the 30-day in-store credit warranty is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Found a transmission for my Chevy Malibu for an affordable price and comes with a 30 day warranty. The new management and staff were friendly! UPDATE: If I could give zero stars, I would! After my mechanic of 11 years put in the transmission it was actually a bad transmission. The car would not go forward or backwards. Smh they assured me it worked and NOW they don’t want to give me a cash refund even though it clearly states in the bottom of my receipt if the transmission is found to be defective I am due a refund. PLUS I got charged taxes even though I paid cash. Never in my life I have ever been treated like this as a customer. For my career background to be in customer service this is totally unacceptable!! They even got rude. Thank you for my husband recording everything from before we even stepped foot in the building. The crazy part is that the employees in the front agreed I was owed a refund but the owner said straight up no and was trying to offer me another transmission that they didn’t even have yet. I had to pay my mechanic to take the transmission back out and ended up buying yet ANOTHER transmission and paying my mechanic AGAIN to install a transmission. I am utterly devastated by this company. We tried to rectify it by even bringing the transmission back to them for a a refund and nothing.

I came for a motor and had a cash in hand but there was this man i did not know his name but my husband wanted to try the compression for the motor but he said he did not have time for that and he was mad. So we did not buy from them . Would not recommend. Had terrible customer service. I mostly never leave bad review.

I was looking for AC compressor for my Corolla car today and someone recommended me to go there, and I went there. One of their employee who was behind the counter, told me that it is 150$ and I said ok, pull it out for me. Later, I believe his boss or manager came inside and he started writing the bill of material and said 200$, I told them it was 150$ and he was upset and tore the bill and twisted in his hand put in the trash, shouting on me to get from the other employee. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do and just quickly left their shop! Sir, it is good to control your anger and respect your customers and your employees, while dealing with ups and downs in your business!

I’m in San Antonio and needed a rare part for my SUV. Called GM Used Auto Parts in Houston and the new manager took care of everything. He found the part fast, pulled it for free, and shipped it to me in perfect condition. Even gave me a 30-day in-store credit warranty in case anything went wrong. Service like that is hard to find—worth every penny!"

1. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "GM Used Auto Parts is officially my go-to spot! The place is under new management and you can tell the difference right away. The new manager is friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff. I love that they offer a 30-day warranty for in-store credit—it gives me peace of mind. Plus, they pulled my part for free and even found another one I needed that they didn’t have in stock.

This business believes in ripping customers off at any chance they can. They sold me a transmission and sent it with the wrong transmission control module. I paid a programmer to verify that fact. When we returned the TCM, they even admitted that it was indeed incorrect and gave us one that they stated was the correct one. After I installed the correct TCM, I had it properly programmed and discovered the transmission itself was no good. I called back and told them this before the 30 day warranty expired. They have been giving us lie after lie stating they were trying to find a replacement transmission. 2 months later they stated they will not replace the transmission or give me my money back. The business even changed ownership to a woman who knows nothing of this industry or how to take care of customers when you sell them a transmission at $1,600.00 and refuse to warranty this. I am filing a complaint through all proper channels and looking into my legal options with my attorney. They will not like my out come as I don't give up. Especially in a situation like this. Bring me another transmission with your normal warranty or give me my money back is all I'm asking. Talk to you soon, mam.

This place is trash the entire YARD is trash everywhere , don’t buy here unless you have time to deal with this people on not getting a penny back after the parts are not properly working “ motors are bad such as body parts under “new management “ are bad , there is 2 ladies one don’t speak a word of English and doesn’t know -0 about this business industry and the new lady is lost more than the other one. Total disappointment
