Happy Holidays- "Up to $5,000 Down Closing Credit"
We understand how stressful it is when you are looking to start a custom home build, especially around the holidays. G.J. Gardner Homes Tampa North is offering up to $5,000 Down in Closing Credits if you sign a quote with us in December 2022 and sign the Building Contract no later than January 2023.
If the Buyer is not using a Construction Loan to Close, the Builder will apply these credits as up to $5,000 in Upgrade Incentives if the Buyer is using cash, in lieu of a Construction Loan for financing.
