OPTION ONE: $10,000.00 in Upgrades
- Clients will be able to receive up to $10,000.00 to use towards any upgrade of their choosing during the Color Selection phase after final contract signing. All upgrade must be selected prior to the Color Selection phase being completed- prior to the start of construction. The allotted upgrades funds cannot be used towards site allowances or overages, and will not be credited back to the client.
OPTION TWO: $7,500.00 Towards Closing Costs
- Clients must use one of our pre-approved construction lenders for financing to be eligible to receive up to $7,500.00 towards closing costs.
- Clients who choose a "0 Down" Construction Loan option for financing, or those who do not put any funds down at final contract signing, are ineligible to receive the $7,500.00 towards closing costs UNLESS they use a Two-Time Close Construction Loan, thus opts into the $10,000.00 in Upgrades incentive option.
