This incentive is available only for new home construction contracts executed on or before June 30, 2026. The incentive includes one Samsung washer and dryer set, with model and specifications selected solely by the Builder, and a $5,000 Design Center credit applicable exclusively to eligible upgrades and selections made through the Builder’s Design Center. To be eligible, the prospective buyer must reference this advertisement and present it to the Builder’s New Home Consultant at the first initial meeting; failure to do so will render the buyer ineligible for the incentive. The Design Center credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be applied toward the base contract price, land purchase, taxes, insurance, fees, or allowances unless expressly approved in writing by the Builder. No substitutions, upgrades, or cash equivalents are permitted. This incentive may not be combined with any other promotions unless authorized in writing by the Builder and must be expressly documented in the executed Home Construction Agreement or an approved addendum to be valid. In the event the construction contract is canceled, terminated, or fails to close for any reason, the incentive shall be forfeited. The incentive is subject to availability, and the Builder reserves the right to modify, substitute items of equal or greater value, or withdraw the incentive at any time prior to contract execution.
