Review Title: Dangerous Tires, Dishonest Warranty Policy – Stay Away I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received and feel obligated to warn others. I purchased two tires from this shop — same brand, installed by the same vendor at the same time, and both under warranty. Only 15 days after the purchase, one of the tires exploded while I was driving on the freeway, creating a serious hazard for myself and others on the road. It was a terrifying and dangerous situation caused by what I believe to be a defective product. When I returned to the shop, not only did they refuse to replace the damaged tire for a better quality tire, but they also declined to cover the second one — even though it was from the same batch and clearly could have the same issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of buying “cheap tires” and claimed they were only meant for “local rides.” That excuse is unacceptable. I did not buy the cheapest option available, and regardless of price, no tire should explode after just 15 days of normal use. This business clearly does not stand behind their products or honor their warranties, and their attitude toward customer safety is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honest service, road safety, and accountability.
