FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Walnut Hill and 75

The PT Campbell was wonderful! I don’t think a woman should work alone in any establishment. There is safety in numbers!! There should be 2 people there at all times. Owner needs awareness of this situation and should never put his employees in this situation in the first place.

I was referred to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center by my Neurologist’s Office for multiple problems ranging from lower back (spine-crushing) to balance (Vestibular System) issues that were causing agonizing pain. My initial evaluation by Dr. Hayley was very thorough and eye-opening – I had the opportunity to learn so much about my body and that by effectively strengthening and training specific muscles, I could ease my pain and improve my balance. I also loved that I could ask her a myriad of questions pertaining exactly to my very specific needs; this is something you cannot get from the Internet or a YouTube video! Check out their website and the staff – Dr. Hayley Robbins has many letters after her name (those are credentials!). She is brilliant and incredibly good not only at physical therapy but client care as well. Basically, she loves what she does and it shows. After six weeks of physical therapy, I am so much stronger, so much steadier, and so much more confident. My posture has improved and my pain has decreased significantly – without opioids or any strong pain medication, which was something I really wanted to avoid. Regarding the office itself, scheduling is a breeze – Erica is so great about returning calls and fitting me in when I need them. Both Dr. Hayley and Erica are bilingual, Spanish/English. Great office location by North Park Center, too! The office itself is clean and packed with so many cool toys (see my pics!) to help Dr. Hayley with my balance and strength issues. While physical therapy isn’t exactly everyone’s idea of a good time, it really is time well spent here. I highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers.
