Futuristic Inspections

We were recommended Futuristic Inspections by our friends who recently had their home inspected by Future. They were very impressed by his professionalism and how thorough he was in his inspection and his explanations. We had a very similar experience. Future was very responsive and was flexible with his schedule. He then met with us the same day after the inspection even though it was later in the evening and proceeded to give us a very detailed breakdown of everything he found. Not sure when I'll be getting another home, but when I do I'd love to have Future inspect it.

I was expecting a grumpy inspector but oh my goodness, Future is laid back, fun, and charismatic. He is super thorough and genuinely passionate about what he does. We scheduled both a buyer’s inspection and a listing inspection on the same day, and he was kind enough to bundle them, which made everything so much easier for us. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. Future inspected every nook and cranny and didn’t let a single detail slip by. He carefully explained each item and went beyond just pointing things out. He could tell us the exact legal reason why certain items are considered up to code or not up to code, what issues were affected by the age of the home, and which ones were standard wear and tear versus things to address immediately. I felt like I really understood the home and what needed attention after working with him. I also loved his detailed report. It was color-coded to clearly show the severity of each issue, making it easy to prioritize what needed attention first. It included photos, notes, and clear explanations that make it usable for both buyers and sellers. You can tell Future genuinely cares about giving clients all the information they need to make smart decisions. On top of all of that, he is kind, patient, and fun. He made the inspection process engaging and educational, which is rare. I would recommend Future and Futuristic Inspections to anyone buying or selling a home.
