I came here because a friend recommended the FOTONA 4D Pro lifting treatment and I’m so glad I listened. From the moment I walked in, the clinic had a really nice atmosphere — clean, modern, but also warm and welcoming. Lisa was fantastic, she explained every step in simple words so I knew exactly what was happening, and that made me feel really comfortable. She also asked me about my past treatment experiences and skin type, then adjusted everything to fit my personal needs, which I really appreciated. The whole treatment was completely painless which honestly surprised me. I also like that Lisa checked in with me often, adjusted things to make sure I was comfortable, and gave me tips for aftercare. The equipment they use looks very advanced, and I could literally see a difference right after the session: my skin felt tighter, lifted, and had a nicer glow. It was definitely a positive experience. I’m already thinking of coming back for follow-ups and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s curious about advanced skincare.

What impressed me most was her generosity with her time and her naturally empathetic manner. I never once felt rushed — instead, I felt listened to, cared for, and completely confident in her expertise. The entire experience was both reassuring and uplifting. It was an absolute pleasure to be in Dr Cho’s company, and based on my many previous consultations elsewhere, it is no exaggeration to describe her as truly unique. Professionals of her calibre are incredibly rare. I cannot recommend Dr Cho highly enough.
