I pray for the downfall of such horrible businesses.. this is one of them. They provided the worst possible experience when getting a bedroom set. Joe, the smooth salesman shows us all the sets. We pick the one we liked best, but of course! It happens to be the most “expensive” set in the whole store. Which is fine. We explained we could make the purchase in full, but due to its “expensive-ness” we were talked into financing it. Did that part, paid what we needed to pay and was told set could be delivered same day. HAHA. No. We cancelled all of our day plans to wait for a delivery that never came. I went back up to the store and asked what happened, and Joe literally told me to “calm down, it’s coming tomorrow” which again was not what it was promised. But, the next day, cancelled ALL of our plans again, for a delivery that didn’t show up until 11:00PM, while my children are sleeping. The delivery guys said “yeah, our original person rescheduled, so we were told to come here instead” meaning.. they were going to have us wait a 3rd day. As they started bringing in the set.. I noticed it was NOT the damn one we paid for. We paid for the more “expensive” set and they delivered us another one. Still not sure if it was discrimination, definitely felt like it. Because when we asked why, Joe stated “he got them mixed up, but we should just take the one they’re delivering as we can’t afford the one we wanted” HELL NO. He changed the price on us at the last min, and made the choice to give us something else. I apologized to the delivery people, but we had them take it back. Then when asking for a refund, we were gaslit and made to feel like we were in the wrong, and basically couldn’t “afford it” when like I said, we could have paid it in FULL. but after the treatment & experience. We waited over a week for our money to refund back to us. It sucks because I love to support local business, but this one absolutely was horrible. No wonder Amazon is taking them outta business.

SAM and “Joe” were awesome, knowledgeable, empathetic, encouraging as well as entertaining. I’ve never had an experience like this and actually felt good about spending money. They were able to work with us and help us get into a practical and affordable agreement while getting exactly what I wanted for my house.

Naomi was very helpful and easy to work with. The delivery team was quick and effective. I am pretty happy with the service that I received.

Just happened to be passing by on my way to a different store to check out new couch and koveseat. They let me wander a bit before asking me if they could help which I like. I needed some new manual dog friendly couches which I had been having difficulty finding. Pointed me to a few options and then gave me a great deal! Delivered next day! As long as these hold up I may have found a new furniture store 😀 If they dont they also gave me a great deal on a t year warranty that covers just about everything!

I waited a while to let my nerves calm down after this whole experience before I decided to post a review. After missing the first delivery date with no phone call or update and after calling and being lied to saying it would be delivered the next day, then the next day, then a week later, and then finally being delivered. Not a single person apologized, not a single person called Me to tell me they weren't delivering the couch. Not a single person cared once they received my credit card information. I don't think I've ever been more frustrated or more angry at a single transaction in my life! I will not only never walk in their doors again but I am telling everybody who will listen to avoid this place like the plague. I have no idea how they have 4+ star reviews?

Great experience with Naomi @ Furniture & Mattress Discounters. Went there on a whim to look around. Was greeted by Naomi very professionally and with no pressure. She let us look around and was available to answer questions. We left to check one other store, but told Naomi we’d be back since they had exactly what I wanted. Purchasing/financing process was simple. They offered delivery the following day and were very communicative re: arrival time. Delivery was very smooth. Overall super pleasant experience!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Got in and out fairly quickly with everything I needed, which in this case was mattresses for myself and both my daughters. Prices were reasonable for quality mattresses and I'm happy with the purchase. There is a really great selection of furniture here for every room, if you like modern styles.

My experience at this furniture store was amazing. Naomi was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pieces for my home. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m so happy with the quality and the service. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture company. We negotiated a final price in person and were explicitly told that delivery would be free. We even have a receipt that clearly states no charge for delivery. After we left the store, they texted us saying we would actually need to pay $150 for delivery, which directly contradicted what we were told and what was written on our receipt. When we tried calling to clarify, they initially would not take our calls. Once we finally got someone on the phone, they claimed they “never said” delivery was free despite the receipt saying otherwise. At the end of the day, we were still forced to pay the delivery fee. This felt misleading and unprofessional. If you choose to shop here, make sure everything is in writing and double-checked, because verbal agreements did not seem to be honored.
