I pray for the downfall of such horrible businesses.. this is one of them. They provided the worst possible experience when getting a bedroom set. Joe, the smooth salesman shows us all the sets. We pick the one we liked best, but of course! It happens to be the most “expensive” set in the whole store. Which is fine. We explained we could make the purchase in full, but due to its “expensive-ness” we were talked into financing it. Did that part, paid what we needed to pay and was told set could be delivered same day. HAHA. No. We cancelled all of our day plans to wait for a delivery that never came. I went back up to the store and asked what happened, and Joe literally told me to “calm down, it’s coming tomorrow” which again was not what it was promised. But, the next day, cancelled ALL of our plans again, for a delivery that didn’t show up until 11:00PM, while my children are sleeping. The delivery guys said “yeah, our original person rescheduled, so we were told to come here instead” meaning.. they were going to have us wait a 3rd day. As they started bringing in the set.. I noticed it was NOT the damn one we paid for. We paid for the more “expensive” set and they delivered us another one. Still not sure if it was discrimination, definitely felt like it. Because when we asked why, Joe stated “he got them mixed up, but we should just take the one they’re delivering as we can’t afford the one we wanted” HELL NO. He changed the price on us at the last min, and made the choice to give us something else. I apologized to the delivery people, but we had them take it back. Then when asking for a refund, we were gaslit and made to feel like we were in the wrong, and basically couldn’t “afford it” when like I said, we could have paid it in FULL. but after the treatment & experience. We waited over a week for our money to refund back to us. It sucks because I love to support local business, but this one absolutely was horrible. No wonder Amazon is taking them outta business.
