We recently purchased a Brio Sport Massage Chair from the owner Philip. There was a little hiccup with the white gloves service, and Philip was so quick on getting the corporate office to resolve the issue. We had our chair assembled the next day after delivery! The customer service is superb! Even though I live in a different state I will absolutely give him a call when I ever need furniture for life products. He can ship to any state. I truly cannot recommend Philip enough. Tip: If you are in the market for a massage chair, stop by his shop or even just give him a call to order when you know exactly what you want, you will not regret it.
