First of all I paid $200 for my delivery and even though it wasn't for free they never showed up with my stuff as they promised. The owner, manager or whoever told me at 7:30pm that one guy was going to deliver all my furniture at 9:30pm-10pm has 0 professionalism and 0 truthfulness because it's 12:38am (midnight) and nobody has showed up, I HAVEN'T received any call from nobody that works for Furniture2go and right now I'm sitting on the floor instead of sleeping on my new bed, I'm so exhausted!!! I will ask for a refund and they can keep their stuff.

Do not bother!! I came here to purchase a sleeper sofa. It was delivered to me defective and incomplete. The staff and manager did not compensate me for the issue or assistance me in fixing the issue. I contacted them everyday for assistance and they never came to a solution. They wanted me to pay extra to have someone come to my house and check the sofa after I sent clear photos of the issue. They would not let me return it because I went through the finance company. I end up going through the financing company to return it, which resulted in me still owing money to them and I no longer had the couch! Just a big headache and money lost

I ordered a bed from this company, and the delivery has been rescheduled 3-4 times already. They called me, claiming they didn’t have the bed I originally ordered and asked me to change my queen-size bed to a different size. Since they didn’t have my original option, I agreed to change it. Then, 24 hours before the new delivery date, they called again, saying they didn’t have the color I selected and that I had to change my order again. Let me remind you—there are no refunds! They force you to change your order multiple times instead of delivering what you paid for. This is a terrible place to shop, completely unprofessional, and they will change your item 4-5 times before actually delivering anything. Avoid this company at all costs! If I could give no start I would!!

I do not recommend this company at all. My nephew made a purchase, and the experience was very disappointing. The service did not meet expectations, and as a result, our entire family is very upset. When a business fails to follow through on what was promised, it creates frustration and distrust. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and we would not consider using or recommending this service again.
