I ordered a bed from this company, and the delivery has been rescheduled 3-4 times already. They called me, claiming they didn’t have the bed I originally ordered and asked me to change my queen-size bed to a different size. Since they didn’t have my original option, I agreed to change it. Then, 24 hours before the new delivery date, they called again, saying they didn’t have the color I selected and that I had to change my order again. Let me remind you—there are no refunds! They force you to change your order multiple times instead of delivering what you paid for. This is a terrible place to shop, completely unprofessional, and they will change your item 4-5 times before actually delivering anything. Avoid this company at all costs! If I could give no start I would!!

Just called this store the Asian lady that answered the phone didn’t even make an effort I told her to please speak up because I couldn’t hear her and she hung up the phone on me. Good riddance I really liked the bedroom but I refuse to be disrespected when I’m spending my hard earned money 💰!! You’re lost not mine plenty of other places that appreciate when a potential customer calls !!
