Love this company! I had two present I needed embroidered and I dropped them off a week before Christmas, knowing that I probably wouldn’t get them in time for the holidays (I procrastinate). I called Friday, 3 days before Christmas, just to see when I could possibly expect them by. Eva asked if I was hoping to have them in time for Christmas and I said yes!! But I wasn’t sure it would be an option. They went the complete extra mile to finish BOTH pieces that day so that I could have them in time. And they were perfect and so beautiful! I would completely recommend this store anyone, Eva is so sweet and the owner is super helpful 😊

We used Fully Promoted for embroidering our Lifesavers Towing uniform shirts, name patches and jackets. Previously we had another company doing the embroidery work and therefore I brought in a couple examples for them to match, but ultimately the new uniforms by Fully Promoted looked way better than the initial ones! Since we had an accumulation of various items in our first order and our company has a regular/primary logo as well as a reversed/secondary logo, it did take some time initially getting set up and the incorrect logo was at first placed on the jackets. But soon as we caught the mistake they immediately corrected it and now the jackets look absolutely amazing. They can directly purchase and embroidery uniforms for you so the uniforms are already done when you pick them up instead of finding and bringing your own garments separately, making the process much less hassle and more streamlined. They also have a vast amount of other marketing material options. Overall, those at Fully Promoted are easy to work with, kind, listen to what you want, and are detail-oriented as is important for this type of quality work.

Amazing customer service by Xyla! Her quick response to emails and orders is beyond great! She is ALWAYS on top of things and EXTREMELY helpful and sweet! Jamie does amazing work on all of my items. She has been using heat press on my fitness line (with difficult fabrics). They turn out amazing, are great quality, and last wash after wash! I am so thankful for them. Javier is always friendly, eager to help and very knowledgeable! Between the 3 of them, I couldn't have a better experience. The turn around time is EXCELLENT too! Thanks!!!
