Jeff Melton with Fulford HVAC provided exceptional service throughout including presenting multiple options and making time to explain the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured, Jeff answered all my questions, and I finally decided to give him the job of move all the ductwork from the crawl space to the attic and installing new HVAC unit. The team completed the work on time, thoroughly, and within the budget estimate provided. The ceiling vents installed look great. I am very pleased and would contact Jeff Melton again should I need HVAC installation and/or duct work.

I worked with Tiffany to order the part and arrange the repair. She was just GREAT!!!! She kept me informed on the ordering process which was much appreciated. Eric did the repair. I cannot say enough of how impressed i was with Eric. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! He thoroughly explained the entire process. Just superior service!!

Took 7 1/2 weeks to finish an AC install that didn't work for the first couple of days(no QC checklist apparently). During that time Fulford displayed a pattern of carelessness and lack of professionalism, multiple no-shows, and multiple failed callbacks. The owner, Justin Fulford, attempted to avoid fixing drywall damage his crew did by gaslighting me about it until I sent him videos and screenshots. The real kicker is that the new system doesn't cool our house as well as the 20-year old R-22 system it replaced and can't even cool the house to below 80 degrees on a 90 degree day... My wife and I feel that Fulford took advantage of us and have since switched to a different HVAC company.

I have had Fulford do biannual system maintenance for some time and they are always excellent. Josh was the young man who came this morning and he was OUTSTANDING! Very thorough and explained his findings in detail; not only that but he was kind and very personable. I would like to request that he be my technician from now on. Thank you, Josh, you are an asset to the company!

Jeff Melton, the salesman for Fulford, is knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the options for heat pump replacement and the pros and cons of each. The installation techs were efficient and friendly. So happy with the new system and would highly recommend Fulford

Josh came out to do a semi-annual checkup on my heating system. He found one problem while he was here and took care of it immediately! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was checking ! Much appreciated and will definitely call Fulford if I have a problem! Especially if Josh can come back and handle the situation!! LOL PS I would like to add that I originally talked with Ali, in the office, and she also was very helpful.

Very happy and satisfied with the new American Standard heat pump that Fulford heating and cooling installed today. Punctual and very professional. Was very thorough with the installation and didn't cut corners. Would highly recommend!

I feel that Dabid (tech) came and did a good job on the inspection. He went over everything with me and explained all that he checked. He noticed the dates last changed on my air filters and suggested we change them. Communication before and after the service call was top notched.
