Fulford HVAC responded quickly when my heat went off in the big snowstorm. Another company had diagnosed the problem but failed to follow up with a bid. The price I got from Fulford was reasonable and the salesperson Jeff explained thoroughly what my options were. The company was able to rearrange some jobs so I could get a new heat pump installed the next day. The new unit is amazing! It is much quieter than my old unit and produces more heat as well. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Fulford HVAC. L

Love my new HVAC system installed by Fulford in September. We’re in the thick of heating season now and you never even hear the unit run, you never feel air blowing, just a nice warm even heat. And it cools great too. Everyone involved in the process was super to deal with. Thank you.

Jeff Melton with Fulford HVAC provided exceptional service throughout including presenting multiple options and making time to explain the pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured, Jeff answered all my questions, and I finally decided to give him the job of move all the ductwork from the crawl space to the attic and installing new HVAC unit. The team completed the work on time, thoroughly, and within the budget estimate provided. The ceiling vents installed look great. I am very pleased and would contact Jeff Melton again should I need HVAC installation and/or duct work.

I worked with Tiffany to order the part and arrange the repair. She was just GREAT!!!! She kept me informed on the ordering process which was much appreciated. Eric did the repair. I cannot say enough of how impressed i was with Eric. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! He thoroughly explained the entire process. Just superior service!!

I have had Fulford do biannual system maintenance for some time and they are always excellent. Josh was the young man who came this morning and he was OUTSTANDING! Very thorough and explained his findings in detail; not only that but he was kind and very personable. I would like to request that he be my technician from now on. Josh came out to do a semi-annual checkup on my heating system. He found one problem while he was here and took care of it immediately! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was checking ! Much appreciated and will definitely call Fulford if I have a problem! Especially if Josh can come back and handle the situation!! LOL PS I would like to add that I originally talked with Ali, in the office, and she also was very helpful.

I feel that Dabid (tech) came and did a good job on the inspection. He went over everything with me and explained all that he checked. He noticed the dates last changed on my air filters and suggested we change them. Communication before and after the service call was top notched.

They removed our old single unit and replaced it with AMERICAN Standard Gold Standard split unit. To include removing all old duct work from the crawl space. They were very helpful and friendly. The technicians were very knowledgeable on the operation and setting up the new system.
