Fernando and his crew have been amazing to work with. He was very patient with me, taking a lot of time to discuss with me as I figured out my vision, what to do with existing trim, casing, etc. The price was fair, the stucco came out looking amazing, and he even offers to come by and do touchups if any areas need a little maintenance. Great experience, I highly recommend FSS Plastering.

Over the last three years I've hired probably 15 contractors as part of a complete rebuild of our back and side yards. In all that time, this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review - a positive review. We hired Fernando and FSS Plastering to put a smooth stucco finish on a large outdoor concrete seating area in a corner of our backyard. I'm a DIY person, but laying plaster/stucco is hard, really hard - and properly applying a smooth stucco finish is harder still. Its as much art as it is skill. I contacted Fernando at FSS Plastering on a Wednesday, we agreed on scope of work and price by Friday, and the following Monday at exactly 9AM, Fernando, his dad, and the rest of his crew showed up at my home and got to work. Here's what you need to know: - The quality of his crew's work is exceptional - on par with the best I've seen. My expectations are high and they were exceeded. - His pricing is notably fair. Looking now at the finished product, I would have gladly paid more. - His crew is awesome. Kind, courteous, respectful, efficient and dog friendly! They know what they're doing and you can tell they enjoy what they're doing - and it comes across in their work. They ask the right questions and they stay on script. - After completing the job, on their way out, his crew took it upon themselves to repair several small areas of damaged stucco on our home's exterior walls. They just offered to do it. Who does that these days? Bottom line: FSS Plastering is legit - their work speaks for itself. My wife and I are already planning to bring them back in the next couple months for other projects we need to finish before summer. If you need stucco/plaster work done, I doubt you'll find better than FSS.
