Frye Heating and Air LLC

Our heater went out in the coldest of nights. Sent Frye heating and air a message and Ben was on the door step in less than 20 minutes. Very professional individual and cares about his clients and his work. He don’t leave till the heat was on. Definitely recommend his company to everyone in Miami.

My review doesn’t have nothing to do with his services but more to do with his character and the type of individual you are dealing with. Although I didn’t catch his name ( as I was in a desperate situation when I encountered him so I missed his name ) but based on all the reviews, I believed it was Ben ( it was definitely the Owner). My car battery died and I had my hood up on my car, Ben passed my car and saw the hood up and immediately turned around to see if he could help. Not only did he help ( he got me up and operable again ) he wouldn’t allow me to compensate me for his help. He did his Good Samaritan deed because he is a “Good Samaritan” and I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED him based on his character and moral compass. I plan to share my story with everyone I encounter in Miami Ok.

Called early Tuesday morning and showed up shortly after worked on my AC about an hour and finally found out Liberty electric was to blame (shorted out supply line) he said he would be back as soon as Liberty fixed their problem electrical problem solved Ben came back out and finished up was really pleased with his work and would highly recommend Frye Heating and Air again thanks

We have used him for years and not only does Ben ensure quality work, but his customer service is the best! Also he believes in doing good within the community. Hands down couldn’t give a higher recommendation for him. Actually, I can! I will choose waiting on him to come out when I have no AC rather than shop around for others.

Second time we have had them out after business hours and they have been awesome and fixed our problem quickly both times. Were here tonight within 20 minutes to get us squared away. Really nice folks who take the time to explain what the issue is and sincerely care about customers. Will only use Frye going forward after our experiences. Hard to find service like this.
