We worked out an affordable roof replacement began the tear off a few days later once the rain subsided and we had a few days window. Once we removed the shingle and synthetic layer of her roof we noticed frame damage and bad plywood. ( At Frontline we change up to 3 sheets of plywood at no cost towards the homeowner. ) We proceeded to swap these out immediately before laying down synthetic, ice water shield and then the asphalt shingles.
