One of the oldest residential homes in wiggins, ms is getting a new roof and we're proud to do it! 3 layers of felt and shingles and then we placed our underlayment. After we lay down the asphalt on this side we're going to open up the other side and make sure all the damage to the plywood underneath as well as any other issues are documented, sent to the home owner to decide on what way they want us to take the replacement with the current damage that's there. We replace up to 5 free plywood if rotten automatically. Anything after that we don't want the homeowner to be surprised with a dollar amount they didn't expect. After we communicate with the homeowner and fix whatever needs to be fixed we proceed with underlayment and then we do what we love to do most; lay down some asphalt.
