Frontline Roofing

As a property manager I have used this company on a few occasions now and I have to give them their flowers. From start to finish, they are so thorough with their report, communications and preparations-- all the way through to completion where they are prompt with timeline and quickly communicate any timelines. They did an incredible completion job on all the projects they did and my clients are all so happy with the finished result. I have worked with a lot of vendors for my 27 properties and our hundreds of rentals and I have to say that they are the top of the line, when it comes to making my life easier and the process seamless. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Frontline Roofing! I had the roof on my house and garage replaced and everything went perfectly! The price was also very competitive and reasonable. After the completion of my roof, we had these recent hard rains. I looked all around my ceilings and NO LEAKS! They did an excellent job! Rolando went over the contract with me until I was completely satisfied with everything on it. He was so helpful, patient and kind. Patty was my project manager and she was just as wonderful. I wish I remembered the names of all the workers and foreman because they also made the whole experience easy to handle. The workers came early and worked super hard and fast the whole day. They relaxed and had their lunch but very soon after, they were back to work. They answered all questions I had and everyone was so respectful! They cleaned up my front and back yard EVERY SINGLE DAY! No mess of nails, staples or roofing debris. I feel extremely comfortable recommending Frontline Roofing. Thank you to everyone there.

Luis and Rolando were very helpful in explaining the project details and adjusting the proposal to my satisfaction. Patty in the office was on top of things and communicated clearly (especially about the payment schedule.) Cesar the foreman addressed all my concerns and Angel, Rudy and the rest of the crew showed up at 7:00 am every day and worked tirelessly. I am very pleased with how the project turned out. Very poor experience for myself. The salesman, Daniel, very nice. He is likely only reason I went with them to start. After that, I had unfortunately a very poor experience. Jessica and Patty are extremely rude and condescending in their comments. Simply unprofessional. They could not care less about my concerns throughout the process of working with this company. With my poor experience I am only hoping I do not have to deal with them if their repairs do not fix my leaks. I definitely would not recommend them, go with another company.

I had an excellent experience with Robert Neumann and his team. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Robert was transparent about the process, provided clear communication, and ensured that the job was completed on time and to a high standard. My roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Robert Neumann for any roofing needs!

Luis was AMAZING!! He was on time. He took time to go over the entire process in detail from beginning to end. The work was completed on time and looks great. It has rained a couple times since the roof was repaired and we have not had any issues. We are so grateful! We would highly recommend Luis and Frontline to everyone.

I got a complete re-roof of shingles. Everything went very well. They did spell everything out before hand and there were no suprises. Everything was in writing as it should be. The work was done in about a weeks time and a couple weeks after they finish you get a final report with pictures and documentation of what was done. The only slight miscommunication was when the work was completed they asked for a final payment before the city signed off on the roofing permit that they were scheduling. We worked through that, and overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely use them again. So yes, I would recomend them! I just didn't feel right with a lot of the other contractors that gave me a bid. Frontline was on the ball though. Their pricing was very fair and and less than the average of what I was being quoted. I made the choice to go with Frontline Roofing based o these reviews and from what I could find on them when did a search for them on line.

Frontline did an excellent job replacing our old roof. The team was very professional and the crew showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. We are very pleased.

Rep Luis Espinoza just left our home here in La Habra. He was very polite and extremely informative on the two options presented. Went over a lil company history and also what the two options would and would not include. Very professional young man. Paul and Rose Luque
