I had the pleasure of working with Rodd (and Jonathon) during my job search, and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding. Rodd, in particular, was exceptionally attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to truly understand my background, goals, and what I was looking for, and always made an effort to align opportunities with my best interests. This engagement with Frontline Hospitality was the first encounter the Hotel has had with a professional recruitment service, and after this engagement it will not be the last time we use Frontline Recruitment for key personnel employment. The level of professional commitment, understanding and dedication was on a level I never expected and definitely appreciated. Rodd Pearce, the Agency Manager, began the search the moment he had and requirements and the prospective staff were discussed within 48 hours, and the successful applicant was contracted within 7 days.
