We have had two homes inspected by Derek, and we have had excellent experiences both times. Most recently, Derek's thorough inspection and documentation and amazing turnaround time allowed us to advocate for ourselves with a builder who was pressuring us to close by year end with unresolved issues in the home. Derek's work allowed us to negotiate extra time to inspect the home and saved us from purchasing a home with significant problems. Derek's inspection is very thorough across all home systems, his report is detailed with photos, video, thermal imaging, and educational narrative, and the online payment and inspection delivery systems are very professional. Derek has also been very responsive to questions from us and our realtor both before and after the inspection. We highly recommend him!
