Kiernan and Eli gave us above 5 star customer service. They were patient with all the questions we had and took the time to explain everything to ensure we felt comfortable and satisfied. Their craftsmanship and care was excellent and we now have a water softener and an R.O. System that provides us with excellent tasting water. Thank you Friots! We would absolutely recommend them and hire again for anything else we may need.

I don't believe I have ever encountered another business that does this good a job at everything. The first time I called, as a new home owner with one of their systems already installed, they walked me through an entire diagnostic check that could otherwise have meant a trip out and a bill, for no charge. I was thrilled for the lesson. These folks aren't here to knock your head off with service fees and nonsense, they're straight shooters with the knowledge and ability to keep customers happy in an area that has extremely hard water and all that comes with it. We've since replaced some older water softener components and installed an RO system so we have clean crisp water to drink. Each visit was conducted with a level of care and professionalism you just don't see anywhere. I would recommend anyone in their service area give them a call if you're on a well and need some help, I'm certainly glad I did.

Dan is just the kind of person you want to do business with. He truly wants to help you and takes the time to do it. The first time I ever interacted with him was talking with him about the water system he was proposing to put in for my mother. He talked me through everything (and I mean everything right down to general water purification science) for at least a half hour. Just to help my mother feel comfortable. Then years later he did my system, and said COUNTLESS times that he was not there to sell me something extra but that these were the options, this is what he would do if it was him, and here is what might be overkill. CONSTANTLY assuring me that his goal was not to upsell me. And with the amount of time he took to explain all the options to me, I believe him. And that brings us to today. Dan always said "if there's anything wrong I want to hear about it". So when my water main pipe froze I called Dan... on Superbowl Sunday. He spent a good amount of time walking me through how to diagnose what was wrong and how he would go about fixing it. He wanted me to update him after a few hours. I was able to fix it myself, but with his help. You won't go wrong with Friot.

If we could give Friots 6 stars we would! We woke up Saturday morning before an oncoming snowstorm with our water running orange. The individual who installed our water treatment system had retired years ago and on the recommendation of a neighbor we called Friots. Within minutes we received a callback and while on vacation, they walked us through steps we could do to troubleshoot and ultimately fix the problem! With some cell phone pictures and a brief FaceTime (all on Saturday morning no less!) we had our water problem fixed. The customer service, attention to detail and kindness was immensely appreciated. They went above and beyond and we cannot thank Friots enough!

Our previous system lasted 32 years and required 1 service call. I could have shopped around, but I have enough experience to appreciate good service. They did the work when scheduled for the amount quoted. When done they cleanup thoroughly and finally make sure I was satisfied. I recommend them to anyone who asks. They are a small business, that treat their customers like friends. Great Customer Service Eli listens extremely well and give intelligent, relevant answers. At every turn, he thinks like a customer. There was a small problem with my order. He apologized for the mistake and offered a solution before I complained. My level of trust with this company allows me to follow their recommendations with a minimum of shopping around. My question about their quote was answered quickly and clearly. When I asked about the benefit of adding a taste filter, Eli is very practical and reserved, saying 'If you are happy with the taste of the water, you probably don't need one.' Fast Response While the work was being done Dan, the owner, checked the well pressure tank and diagnosed a leaking bladder. After doing some of my own tests, I had questions, which I put into an email to Eli. 15 minutes later, after 5 pm, Dan called from his car. I was not expecting a reply to a non-urgent matter for at least a day. Dan did a great job of explaining his reasoning. He also stated he was as confident as he could be that I should replace the tank. He had experience with a high failure rate with this model. Note, the tank replacement will be done by another company. So Dan does not stand to gain anything, but goodwill.

What a great experience. Dan, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he not try to over sell us, he talked us out of buying products we didn’t need. The job was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend using Friots.

I just had a water softener system installed by Friot's and I couldn't be more pleased. Eli was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and was great to work with. I did my due diligence and their solution was very competitive compared to other vendors. They even installed an existing sediment filter that I had laying around and didn't try to upsell me on another one. The installation team was professional and friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend their service if you are looking to implement a water softening system.

ABOVE & BEYOND. On Easter Sunday, our well pump gave out unexpectedly. After reaching out to several local companies with no luck, I received a direct text from Dan and Eli at Friot’s. Dan was at my home within the hour to assess the issue and confirmed the pump needed to be replaced. After taking a short break for Easter brunch, he returned and completed the replacement—restoring our water the same day. We installed a system 12 years ago. Other than a bi-annual filter change and salt replenishment, it is an efficient and maintenance free product. Made a huge difference in the quality of our water.

I have been a client for about 2 years. They installed and service my reverse osmosis system. We recently ran into a problem with the system that was of no fault of Friot's. They came and made it right regardless with a very reasonable recommendation. This company is very well run.
