Yes, we got to our location, but at what cost? First the driver had the cooler on when it was freezing outside. Then I almost couldn’t pay the driver because all the forms of payment they advertised, I couldn’t even use. The driver kept trying to convince me to pay them in cash. Then I said, “on the website it said you guys take other forms of payment” then, they said verbatim “I don’t like being responsible for anything.” So then I said, “you take cash app?" Which they supposedly accept as payment. We almost crashed because they hit a pothole which they weren’t paying attention to. To top it all off, they put my location into their GPS, and we’re still asking question about where to go. Oh yeah, once we got to my destination. They got out of their car and proceeded to tell us they have to check their oil, and they heard rattling coming from their car. They weren’t even in a Taxi, I’m pretty sure it was the driver’s personal home van. It was my little brother and I. He was the one that noticed the pothole.

If I could give no stars I would. Rude. Hung up on me and would not answer the phone on a call back.

Came on time and got me where I needed to be before the place closed. Also courteous with a good attitude .
