My daughter's journey for a great smile started in October 2023 with Dr Moolla. WOW!! What a service, what a result. He deserves 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Dr Moolla is one in a few, best of the best, his professionalism is beyond, so passionate about his work, very very reasonably priced. He's so gentle on kids and always keep them interested in hygiene. I couldn't ask for more. The receptionists are superb.My daughter always covered her mouth when talking or smiling. She had all sorts of dental issues, ranging from crooked teeth, misaligned teeth, spaced teeth, tongue biting, difficulty pronouncing certain words, you name it. She didn't like herself at all. 3 months after wearing braces l noticed a massive change in her teeth, they were all coming together. She started gaining confidence. I was so pleased and can't wait to take my other daughter to him for braces. All l can say is that if you or your child has dental challenges, don't look further, Dr Moolla @ Fresher breath in Houghton is the one for you. He is indeed the one. Call them now and l can tell you, you will never go wrong. He knows his work and is very passionate about kids. My daughter removed her braces November 2025 and the beautiful smile on her face is unbelievable. She can't stop smiling. It's like a, "Welcome Back to self" . We all couldn't believe it. It was an amazing fruitful journey. Thank you Dr Moolla for adding a great smile to my daughter. Thank you for bringing her confidence back. Words alone can't describe how you changed her life. Poor After-Service and Communication I visited FresherBreath for a routine check-up and cleaning, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the after-service and overall communication from the practice were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During my appointment on 9 February, moulds were taken and I ordered additional dental products. From that point onward, the experience became frustrating. I had to follow up numerous times with the receptionist to check on the status of the products and plates. Each time I called, I was assured that I would receive a call back with an update, but this never happened. After nearly a month of repeatedly following up with no response, I eventually sent an email to the office expressing my frustration with the lack of communication. I was then assured that the products would be ready by the end of that week and that I would receive a call on Friday to arrange collection. Friday came and went without any communication. On Monday morning, I once again had to follow up myself, only to be told that the products had "arrived that morning" and that I could come and collect them. The complete lack of proactive communication and the need to constantly chase updates made the experience extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I visit this practice.
