Well, my first impression was OK when everybody come out when I pulled in. I should’ve taken a note when I went to go and test drive the first vehicle they wanted to show me. When I got in the car back up, the brakes were scrubbing so bad I didn’t drive it. So then they owe and have me try this Acura MDX 2011. I didn’t really care for it. Didn’t really like it. I need a vehicle. Air conditioning was cold. It worked very great when I test drove it. As I’m sitting there trying to tell them all these things that I’m supposed to do before I purchase a car the reviews to look up to look up this look up that look up this this and that. As I was trying to do that, they’re very good at what they do their salesman for a reason. Because they kept trying and talking to me and keep me distracted from what I was gonna do which I should’ve never said anything to them about what I was gonna do. I should’ve just did it begin with. Mind you I paid a little more than 6000 for it and I cannot even get half of what I paid back for that vehicle. Kelley Blue Book value is only 2000 for that vehicle. I know business is business but trying to build honest business relationship. That’s not a way to do it, especially when you sell them a call that’s a piece of crap.. I knew it y’all have all kinds of things that y’all have unplugged on that vehicle to keep me from knowing what’s really going on with the vehicle. That’s deceit not very good business tactics there. Then I noticed looking through all the paperwork in the fine print they have my vehicle was being black. When in fact, it’s not black nothing on it is black except for the tires. It’s a pewter gray. Anyway, so I leave the car like 10 minutes down the road the air conditioning stops working blow cold in the back it blows out hot air in the front so I called them. They told me to come back in first thing in the morning so I did. When I told him what Carvana offered me for the car, they laughed at me then they told me that it was the bender flap in my air-conditioning, which flats it from hot toey his mechanic needed toy give them five days. I said research it he needed to know what blah blah blah. Do you think I’ve heard from them do you think you picked up the phone and called me no course or not. Let’s see how long the status of this review I’m sorry stays up. I would not recommend them to anybody!!!!!! They knew my situation and they still took advantage of me. That was the first time we ever going out
and doing this on my own lesson learned.
In addition, they Matt and oil leak in this car that I purchased from them on March 7 they can’t seem to figure out which color of the car is because the car is pewter, but they have it listed as gray on the Carfax report yet their paperwork they have put it listed as black. I find it hard to believe that I’m the only one that they have done this wrong wrongly done. They charge me 6400 for a freaking vehicle that Kelly blue book says it’s only worth 2066. Carvana says it’s only worth 1700. They told me there was no leaks or nothing where they go and they put the stuff up under this covering up under the freaking car so that I wouldn’t notice the old leak. I do not think they are very honest people at all and I don’t believe I’m the only one that they have done wrong and sold a piece of crap car too, and mashed it and covered it to make me think that there was nothing wrong with it until I had to go and replace the alternator in the car two weeks afterwards and then they took the stuff down under the hood. It been leaking for some time and they knew about it because they pacifically asked me. Oh you didn’t see any leaks or nothing really why would you ask me that.!? But that’s OK cause I’m doing the necessary things that I need to do to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else. People think there’s not laws to help buyers who buy cars as is but yes, there is and they’ll find out. They could’ve did the right thing and they chose not to. So I will set an example.
