We had an incredible experience with Fresh Start. They worked well with our insurance company, our home owners association and our village to repair the hail damage on our roof. The work was done promptly and Amanda was spectacular in her role representing Fresh Start and taking care of us to make sure everything about the claim was completed properly.

Seriously, ask for Amanda! Late last summer, a strong hail-producing storm swept through our area. Afterwards, it seemed like every other house on our block had hail damage claims approved for a new roof. Naturally, my wife and I decided to file our own claim. We chose Fresh Page as our contractor, and from the very start, Amanda was outstanding. Her deep industry expertise and professionalism were immediately clear. Where she truly excelled, though, was after our insurance provider denied the claim. This was despite their own inspector initially saying the roof would be covered. Instead of shrugging and moving on, Amanda guided us through the process of respectfully challenging the decision. She provided clear advice on who to contact and what points to emphasize to strengthen our case. Throughout the back-and-forth with the insurance company, Amanda was always available to answer questions. She even returned to take and submit additional photos to support our claim. Thanks to her persistence and guidance, we secured a second evaluation. This time, the claim was approved! Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful, which is why we were so grateful for Amanda’s help. Her expertise and dedication made all the difference, and we truly appreciated her support every step of the way.
