Fresh Coat Painters of Rochester

I am really disappointed leaving this review. 2 yrs ago I used fresh coat to paint a master bedroom and love it. Last summer had them come for a quote for trim and touch up paint. I called 3 different occasions to schedule the job in the fall and I got you’ll get a call back and never did. The holidays went by and I once again called the other day and told them my story and was assured I’d get a call. Nothing. I unfortunately am turned off at not getting a call back and don’t need the hassle. Will be taking my business elsewhere then.

Amazing transformation throughout the house and especially the kitchen cabinets and walls. Darren and his staff were meticulous in their work - showed up on time- treated our home as if it were their own. In a time when it is so difficult to find a company that does a decent job - Fresh coat not only meets expectations but exceeds them. I highly recommend them and will be using them again

Fresh Coat Painters did a great job painting the interior of our home. Darren and his crew were very professional, they showed up on time and completed as promised. Ozzy was on site the entire time and his work was high quality, he took the time to do things right and was very neat and clean. I highly recommend the company for quality and value.

We had an oil furnace "Puff Back" in April 2025. It was a hellish experience for my wife and I, but Darren and Bill made so much better. These guys are very dedicated to get things done, and done right! We had no air conditioning on a few VERY hot days while they were painting. Very humid, but they stayed strong and stayed the course, painting the ceilings, walls, and trim in every room of our 2-story house. They filled holes, and patched bad spots in the walls before priming. We were very pleased with the job done. I wasn't happy that we found splattered paint on a few areas that should have been protected, like our dining room floor. I was able to get some paint thinner and removed the splatters. They left the paint we paid for to do touch-ups, thankfully, because the carpet and flooring guys left us some spots we needed to fix, which, I guess, should be expected. I would recommend Fresh Coat to do another painting project.

We recently used Fresh Coat Painters of Rochester for an exterior paint project we needed done. From start to finish, the process went smoothly. Darren was able to give us an itemized quote and get us on the schedule in a timely manner. He kept us up to date regarding the project schedule. Darren and his team were thorough, efficient, respectful of property, and did a great job on our project - and for a reasonable price! We would absolutely recommend Fresh Coat Painters of Rochester!

This was a large painting job involving several rooms. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the work. Painters Hari and John were polite and professional and answered all my questions. Clean up was excellent and they made sure all furniture and paintings were repositioned. I would not hesitate to hire Fresh Coat Painters again!

From our first meeting with Darren through the actual process with Ben, we could not have had a better experience with Fresh Coat. Darren was up front about every detail beforehand and gave us an extremely competitive price Ben was not only an extraordinaryily meticulous workman, but a joy to work with. He went above and beyond in every facet of the work. The paint FC uses for cabinets has been specially developed by Sherwin Williams for this purpose and does its job superbly. The finished product was spectacular. The cabinets look and feel as though they came right from the factory. Our nineteen year old kitchen looks brand new. We recommend Fresh Coat whole -heartedly!

It was a pleasure working with Fresh Coat Painters of Rochester. They stained my cedar front porch and it looks like new. It was not an easy job and they finished it to perfection using quality stain that will ensure the porch is protected from the weather. I also had my front door painted and it is beautiful.
