FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION
Patient aged 71year old reported to my practice with mal-aligned teeth .Patient had difficulty in eating or grinding food.She had issues of indigestion and gastritis because of improper grinding of food. On examination and checking with preoperative study models the patient was explained the duration of treatment (2-3 months).Patient was very willing to go ahead with the full mouth rehabilitation .After a series of temporisation and planning we could provide the her with proper alignment of teeth .She was very comfortable and satisfied with the treatment as we could provide her function as well as aesthetics.(she looks few years younger :) with raised vertical height)
She has started eating what she likes to eat..and is very disciplined & compliant to her frequent followups after treatment which is the key to long term maintenance or function.
