Wow! I had the best experience with French Optical. Their customer service was some of the best I have seen! They answered my emails quickly and were very clear on pricing and the process. I needed to replace my lenses and had the smoothest experience. I dropped off the glasses and they were able to insert the new lenses within an hour. I picked them up the same day! Liselle was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Kon has always provided the best service to our family for over 10 years. From the past to now, they have consistently delivered excellent care. Highly recommend. As someone new to wearing glasses, the specialists at French Optical (Liselle, Andrew, and Constantine) were wonderful and the customer service was excellent. They provided incredibly helpful guidance and helped me find the perfect frames for my face and personal style. They made many adjustments to the frames to ensure the glasses fit perfectly, were comfortable, and never slide off. I compared my experience and the glasses from French Optical to a pair I purchased just a week earlier from a major eyewear chain and the difference was immediately clear. The quality of the frames offered, the lenses, and even the lens installation was far superior. With the lenses from French Optical, my eyes haven’t needed time to adjust—no straining, no distortions at all. French Optical can be pricey, but I definetly feel it's money well spent for the long term.

The frame options are beautiful and so varied. My salesperson was so helpful, calm and not pushy at all. I had a quick turnaround on my order and the work was great. I decided to add on transition lens after my order was completed. They let me keep my new frames till the new order was completed! I am so surprised and happy about the wonderful service and great craftwork at French Optical. I highly recommend them!

I had the best experience selecting frames here with Lis. She was patient, knowledgeable and guided me to 2 frames that I would have never selected on my own. She really made the experience fun because there was no pressure and she really has impeccable taste. I will absolutely be shopping for more glasses with Lis. Plus, she's a really lovely person.

the staff was absolutely so helpful. i came here on a trip and one of the worst things possible happened to me. one of my contact lenses cracked and my glasses frames parted into two, basically leaving me unable to see. i came here since it was the closest store and honestly i’m happy i did. they had the exact frames i had before and quickly changed the lenses to the new frames. the staff was so friendly and helpful, i absolutely recommend coming here.

Andrew and Lizelle are the best! I came to get my opticals repaired and they took care of me and my frames. They also asked if I had other frames to adjust. They adjusted my sunglasses and were so kind! That’s rare in this time. I appreciate their assistance. Please visit this location and ask for Lizelle. She is truly amazing!! Great shop with a lots of unique and gorgeous frames to choose from. The staff was wonderful, very patient while I tried on frame after frame after frame, and then when there was a hiccup with the lab, went the extra mile to get it resolved even faster than I expected. Love my chic new look!

Konstantin helped me select 2 perfect frames… I will definitely be back (even though I am from SC) to work with him… best of all he is an excellent communicator… he got me to try on a pair that I never would’ve picked for myself that I now call my favorite glasses.… I’ve shopped a lot of places. For accuracy, product-knowledge, product, service with reasonable pricing (and a good honest, patient communicator) this is the place to come.… I am amazed at my experience, (especially from being out of town)…Konstantin even followed up with me after my glasses were delivered!
