Great shop with a lots of unique and gorgeous frames to choose from. The staff was wonderful, very patient while I tried on frame after frame after frame, and then when there was a hiccup with the lab, went the extra mile to get it resolved even faster than I expected. Love my chic new look!

Konstantin helped me select 2 perfect frames… I will definitely be back (even though I am from SC) to work with him… best of all he is an excellent communicator… he got me to try on a pair that I never would’ve picked for myself that I now call my favorite glasses.… I’ve shopped a lot of places. For accuracy, product-knowledge, product, service with reasonable pricing (and a good honest, patient communicator) this is the place to come.… I am amazed at my experience, (especially from being out of town)…Konstantin even followed up with me after my glasses were delivered! A+++ rating and thank you!

The frame options are beautiful and so varied. My salesperson was so helpful, calm and not pushy at all. I had a quick turnaround on my order and the work was great. I decided to add on transition lens after my order was completed. They let me keep my new frames till the new order was completed! I am so surprised and happy about the wonderful service and great craftwork at French Optical. I highly recommend them!

Short visit left good vibes. The staff were professional and helpful. I phoned and talked to one employee and then went to store and had glasses fixed by another. They did not charge me which common. However, I was appreciative and I truly liked what I saw and enjoyed my service there.

In town moving my daughter back to NYC and I broke my glasses. Went here first thing Monday morning and they were wonderful! Explained my options to me and gave the repair a try and it worked! No pressure to buy a new frame and no charge for the repair which was not an easy one. Truly outstanding service. I looked at the frames while waiting and they had great options. Also, they were far more knowledgeable than the places I normally go in Scottsdale. I know where to send my daughter.

Best optical store in the city! Konstantine and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful with everything, from eye check ups to choosing the right frames and the various lens options. They patiently answered my numerous questions and concerns and the quality of customer service was second to none. Absolutely phenomenal service and high quality work. My glasses needed a quick repair. The original store quoted the repair cost super high and said it’d take about 3-5 weeks. This store did it in 5 minutes for an incredible price. Will definitely come back for other glasses needs.

While in the city, I sought Konstantin and Andrew at French Optical for their help to update my look with new frames. They were patient, provided honest feedback, and just flat out knew their stuff! End result: I returned to South Carolina as a new and improved version of glass-wearing me. I highly recommend them!

I went in because my glasses were damaged and bent, i was working in the area so i didn’t know what to expect to my surprise i was greeted and i explained my glasses were damaged, this gentleman took my glasses and after less than 5 minutes i was called, I tried on the glasses and they were like new and improved! I want to thank Andrew because he didn’t charge for me for the service (i felt bad) i really wanted to pay but this impression left me in a good mood. I will definitely be coming back for either eye exam or any other issues i may encounter. Once again thank you Andrew! 🫡
