was charged $275 for a simple 2-minute car lockout — $200 for unlocking the door and an unexpected $75 “service fee” that was never disclosed ahead of time. When I asked for the total cost before the service, they didn’t mention the extra fee at all. Additionally, I had called them at 2 and they said they’ll be here at 3. When 3 came around the technician called and said he’ll be a few mins late. He ended up being an extra 30 mins late, not “a few mins”. To make things worse, the locksmith opened the hood instead of the trunk where my keys were, and started messing around under the hood with a screwdriver, even though I repeatedly told him I will handle it because I didn’t want him touching anything. He had no business working under my car’s hood, and it took extra time to get it closed properly afterward. I called the company to explain everything and request a partial refund, but the woman on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. She claimed I was charged $200 for the lockout and $75 for the service fee. I told her the $75 fee should’ve been mentioned on the phone when I asked for the total price. On top of that I asked why I was charged the max price if it was a simple car lockout. She said “it’s a high security car”-which it is not. I’ve locked myself out my car before and was only charged $60. This was a terrible experience. The pricing was unclear, the service careless, and the customer support unprofessional. Do not ever call this company if you need a locksmith. You WILL get scammed

Just had them come over to my mother's home yesterday and although they scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm the service technician did not show up until 6:00pm. During that time we observed him driving by the house stopping looking over and then driving down the street and parking for 2 hours. When he came in the house he told my mother who is hard of hearing that it would cost $99 to do the work. She agreed and when he got done he charged her $460. My mother was in shock and wasn't very unclear. Being an honest person she paid him and he went in his way. When I found out I called the office to receive and explanation. Come to find out that there is no office or dispatch every call some one different answers (call and see for your self). That is not the issue the issue is that when I asked to speak to someone responsible the would either hang up or tell me to sit by my phone. I tried 5 times and got no we're so I am hopping that some reads this and will be aware of the situation they will be getting in. Ps the do not cut real receipts or use their real names. Was first and Professional, I called in the middle of the night and this guy show up without problem give me the best price I can get and if it’s happened to me again absolutely I called this guy again

Very bad service. Don't use this criminals services. Broke my room door and even took $80 from me. If I had the option I'd give them 10 bad reviews. They are very bad people who also cheat and break things. This criminals don't care about your money they just will rob you. My advice is avoid at all cost

I called the Fremont locksmith first because my sister recommended it and I also would see the car a few times around the area. They said that a technician would be in contact with me within 5-10 mins… 2 hours passed and no one came nor called. I decided to contact Tula Locksmith instead. I still haven’t received a call… not that I need it anymore but can’t believe it. Don’t contact them.

Honestly quick response time and was able to unlock the door quickly. Would’ve been five stars but when my roommate initially called the gentleman over the phone stated it was going to be $60. Cool. But once the guy came to unlock the door he said his services cost $180. NO WHERE NEAR the estimate given to her 40 mins earlier on the phone. It would’ve been fine if it was around $100 but $180? That’s crazy. Make sure you confirm the price before getting ripped off like that.

They are very unprofessional, broke my door and charged me $285 for it. After that my door locked and I couldn't get back in even though I had my keys. They said that if they sent a locksmith out, charges would apply. That's called a racket. When you cause the problem and charge for a solution. I waited for 2.5 hours outside my house waiting for their locksmith to come fix their mistake but they were unresponsive and didn't call me back. If you choose to get a service here make sure to pay with a credit card at the very least so you can't just be robbed of your money. I would avoid this service entirely. In fact, it would cost less to go buy a drill and break your own door.

Excellent service. Our house was broken into in the middle of the night when we were sleeping. Very scary. Not only were lots of our possessions taken, they took ALL of our keys for our home and cars. Fremont Locksmith Service came out first thing that next morning just hours after break-in to take care of us. They were also able to make replacement keys for our cars saving us an inconvenient trip out to the dealership. They were able to provide some piece of mind during a really upsetting time and even came back out later that day to fix something that wasn't quite right.

Great communication and service! The positive reviews on Google are well-deserved. Super-fast and accurate with easy financial transaction - highly recommend! He was able to program a new key fob for my 2006 dodge hemi and it worked like a charm. So glad to be able to set my alarm again!

Was quick to respond. Gave free estimates. And showed up on time. I would recommend this company because they made it so easy to make a duplicate key and phob for my car.
