I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your company. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.
Your staff appeared inexperienced and poorly trained, and several of your machines were not functioning properly. Because of these issues, I lost over 7 hours of my time and was unable to reach my destination as scheduled. This delay forced me to incur an additional cost of $1,500 CAD, which could have been avoided if your operations had been running efficiently.
While I acknowledge that you did not charge me for 5 hours as a gesture, this does not make up for the overall inconvenience, stress, and financial impact caused by your company’s lack of readiness and reliability. In fact, it highlights just how unacceptable the situation was.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to avoid using your services unless they have time and money to waste. If they are only looking to sit around and enjoy a coffee while waiting endlessly, then perhaps your facility might be suitable.
