FREESAT SPARES

Just had a first-class experience with Freesat Spares. A Humax set top box wouldn’t power on so I searched for a repair company as this belonged to my mother and she had some recording she wanted to keep. For an initial postage fee, you receive an address label to send the box off to Freesat Spares. Within a day I had an email from Kieren saying they can fix it. You pay a very reasonable fee for the repair and it arrived back with me two days later. Absolutely awesome service, would thoroughly recommend this company, very happy!

Great service from Freesat Spares when I bought a replacement hard drive for my Freesat box. Excellent communication throughout the order and delivery process, and a really helpful YouTube video. Prompt arrival of the part, well packaged, and replacement fitted in a few minutes. They even provided the necessary tools! Thank you.

I presented a issue I had to Kieren at Free sat spares. I had 1 LNB and 2 4K Freesat boxes. My ariel installer was adamant i needed 2 LNB's/ 2 Dishes I contacted Kieron who recommended connecting the 2 cables on Box 1 to Wideband on the LNB and the other 2 cables on Box 2 to the Legacy on the LNB My ariel installer was adamant this would not work. He visited me and swopped the cables on the LNB as per Kieren's recommendation. It worked perfectly Record 3 and watch 1 (or record 4) channels on wideband box Record 1 and watch 1 (or record 2) channels on legacy box Kieren even did the solution for me on YouTube Best service I have ever had
