Freedom The Custom Shop

I was very impressed by multiple key points with my experience here. The shop is full of eye candy, if you need inspiration or ideas you can just walk in and look around and see a lot of things already made to choose from if you're looking for a gift. There were two gentlemen on my first visit and the one that helped me was very easy to talk to. I can be indecisive and get decision fatigue but he did not seem to get annoyed with me or lose patience. Both gentlemen were able to work with me as I shared the request I made and was able to ask for adjustments to the graphic that I wanted designed. I thought it was very interesting how they have the computer set up facing the customer so you can see the layout of your image or design while they are working on it for you. I was able to have adjustments made in real time while they were setting it up. Once the design was finalized it took about 20 minutes to prepare it and it took about 2 seconds to apply it to the hoodie I was purchasing. I was very impressed by every part of my experience and look forward to possibly getting other custom designs and gifts made in the future. When I got home and began to actually inspect the shirt a little more closely and look forward to who I would be giving it to, I noticed a very small hole in the back of the hood where the tag is. I did not want to let a lot of time go by between discovering this and reaching out to them so I used the email address that I was given to send my graphic to, so that I could give them a heads-up and request that if possible, I would be back the next day to have it replaced. I did not expect to get a reply within minutes the same evening but they did respond right away. I was told that it would not be a problem and that I could come back in and they would take care of it. So I will be back later today and we will see what happens. As of right now though I feel very good about this and I will edit this review later with the final results.

Let’s start with the fact that I never set foot in the shop initially. I sent a email with what I wanted.. A hour later I was sent proofs. Made a few adjustments and like that it was done. It went so well that I immediately ordered a different design for a different business. Emails are answered faster than most people text. I gave him free roam on the design and he got it right the FIRST time both times. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you!
