This company was amazing, he was very informative and extremely nice. He was able to find the leak really quickly that others couldnt find and he also didnt mind putting our dryer duct back in place which he didnt have to do. I will definitely be using him again and referring him to everyone.

Called Wayne and explained what was needed and was told he would be at my location after lunch. I took a 1/2 day of vacation. Texted him mid afternoon wanting to know if he was still coming, I can see he read the text but he didn't respond. I understand issues arise and unexpected delays happen but Failure to communicate is unacceptable and I lost 4 hours of vacation because of it. I'm tired of the new contractor mentality. What happened to common courtesy and honoring your word?
