I experienced a sewer backup that resulted in thousands of dollars in damage. My insurance company connected me with a restoration company, but before their work could begin, I needed a plumber to clear the sewer line. I hired All American Jetting, and after unclogging the line, they determined the root cause was a belly in the sewer line. Since they don’t perform that type of repair, they referred me to Freedom Plumbers Corp. From my very first call, my experience with Freedom Plumbers Corp was outstanding. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. The initial contact alone was impressive—Lilia, their sales associate, was polite, professional, and genuinely caring, and she got everything set up quickly. Any follow-up calls with Lilia and Ivana were consistently courteous and professional. The owner, Ricky Salinas, came out the same day, assessed the scope of work, and provided a detailed quote. Once I accepted the estimate, Ricky scheduled the work promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process, and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The professionalism and customer service from Freedom Plumbers Corp far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of sewer line repairs.

Highly recommend Freedom Plumbers and Pumpers. When our main sewer line backed up due to tree roots and flooded our basement over the holidays, the owner, Ricky, returned our call the same evening and had a crew out first thing the next morning—New Year’s Eve. They handled permits quickly, completed the exterior pipe replacement on schedule, and clearly explained every step of the process. Lilia in the office was extremely responsive, and the crew arrived as promised. Ricky stayed involved throughout and did a final walkthrough when the job was complete. Our insurance company (USAA) made a point to comment on how reasonably priced they were. Professional, responsive, and trustworthy—we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Ricky and the team are amazing. We needed a grease trap installed before we could open our doors. They made every step in the process easy. Constant communication and updates from Lilia in the office. Every business should use their model .. great company. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Craig arrived on time, was professional and courteous, took care of my property, and diagnosed the problem quickly and without needless tech enhancements. Highly recommend! Lilia in the office was great finding a convenient time and date for my pipe inspection. She followed up later with an ETA on the technician. Craig , the technician, has been doing this for a while and was very efficient and informative during the septic pipe inspection. He described what we were seeing as the camera went down the pipe. We had a large leak in the pipe bringing water from the main into our house. I had used Freedom Plumbers in the past on a major job and they performed admirably. This time Ricky was out in a day to assess, document everything that needed to be done and explained the entire process. Lilia in the office kept us apprised of schedules, time frames and made sure we had complete information. Hard working and professional crew completed all the work in a day. We had to wait a day for county inspection, but that was successfully completed and then backfill and wrap-up in one morning. I feel like the price was reasonable for the scope of the work and definitely feel like everything was done to the highest standards. Hopefully we never have another major problem. However, if we do we will go with Ricky and his team again.

I've been using Freedom Plumbers and Pumpers to service my septic tank. The office does an excellent job of communicating. The pumpers are pleasant and professional. They take pictures of the filter and discuss what they saw inside. I've been using them for the last 2 pump-outs and for filter cleaning in-between. Great service.
