HELP WANTED – Entry Level Helper
📍 Location: Manassas, VA
🚚 Service Area: Northern Virginia
Freedom Plumbers & Pumpers, Septic & Drain is hiring an Entry Level Helper to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position supporting a wide variety of tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with daily shop, jobsite, and fleet maintenance tasks
2. Support underground plumbing installation and repair crews
3. Help with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment
4. Perform basic mechanical work under supervision
5. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT:
1. Automotive Maintenance & Repair
2. CDL Licensing (Commercial Driver’s License)
3. Heavy Equipment Operation
4. Underground Plumbing Installation & Repair
COMPENSATION:
$16–$18/hour during the 90-day entry-level period (based on experience and work ethic)
Performance reviews and raises available after probationary period
Full-time hours with overtime opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation to our Manassas, VA shop
2. Willingness to work outdoors
3. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
4. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
5. No prior plumbing or mechanical experience required
