“Big-Box Plumbing” advised our client that there was a break on the top of the sewer which is located under the front yard. They gave a price for the repair. Client thought the price was a bit steep.
Craig went out to perform an inspection and was unable to find the break that was previously diagnosed. The client did not receive an image either. Craig proposed that the pipe be descaled to remove scale build up for this pipe which was causing main sewer line back ups. The price for the descale a tenth of the price for the price for the repair that was offered. The client agreed to the descale.
Descale was done, an issue was discovered at a different location. The issue was recorded on video and image. Findings were provided to the client along with a proposal which was also lower than the proposal from “Big-Box Plumbing” AND it was provable AND it was accurate.
