This home owner had a separation and displacement of their main sewer line as it ran through the footer and under the driveway. They also had a sewer pipe back grade under the slab.
To fix the back grade under the slab, a conventional dig was required. But to fix the separation outside, a conventional excavation would have destroyed their beautiful concrete driveway, which would have been very disruptive and very expensive to fix. So for that part of the repair we had to use a #TrenchlessSewerRepair approach called #PipeBursting which allowed us to replace the defective piece of pipe from the inside basement slab to an outside 10’ deep excavation in open grass, for a total of 30 linear feet of defective pipe replaced with out sticking a single shovel into the driveway. A huge win for this home owner 💪💪
