Any follow-up calls with Lilia and Ivana were consistently courteous and professional. The owner, Ricky Salinas, came out the same day, assessed the scope of work, and provided a detailed quote. Once I accepted the estimate, Ricky scheduled the work promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process, and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The professionalism and customer service from Freedom Plumbers Corp far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of sewer line repairs.
