I needed to get my dad to a post op appointment, he is wheelchair bound. The plans I had to get him there fell through. As a long shot, I booked a ride. Courtney was able to accommodate us! Our driver was amazing and she treated us as if we were her family. Thank you all! I will definitely use Freedom going forward!

Freedom Northwest Transport service will be the only people I call to transport my elderly, disabled friend in the future! I have used this service twice, and everything about them was five stars! They were on time, extremely friendly and professional, easy to schedule with, and their van is spotless and extremely comfortable to ride in. Chris, our driver, was such a gentleman and so careful with my old friend, getting him strapped in safely. Courtney, at the office, is always accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with in scheduling rides. I highly recommend this company!

My daughter uses a power wheelchair. Our van (sprinter van) broke down about 20 miles east of CDA (no man’s land). We could find no one that was able to help transport my daughter home and she cannot ride in a van being towed. Freedom Northwest had just began service in Hayden. I was given their number by the 911 operator. The arrived as quickly as possible based on the distance. They easily accommodated my daughter and her dog. She and my wife were delivered to my home at a very reasonable price. Service was great. Transport vehicle was clean, smoke free and odor free. When the need arises again we will call Freedom Northwest and have definitely told our friends about their service. God bless these people - they were life savers and are providing a much needed service for our area.

I have recently become disabled. So I am getting used to the hospitality service and health care environment in general. So one of the things that I've been going through has required me to use Freedom Northwest and right from the beginning I knew that this service was top notch. I was greeted by the driver Chris and from then on I received nothing but care, safety awareness, knowledge and genuine courtesy. So far I've had three trips and I feel warm, safe and special every time. Freedom Northwest transport has been quite the experience of exquisite care and luxury, I highly recommend freedom Northwest for your transport needs.

She has been prompt in her responses, (even "after hours" which is usually when I have called) and is genuinely interested and invested in making sure I have had the information about transpiration options that I have needed so that patients with whom I work can be confident in what to expect when using Freedom Northwest for their specific transport needs. Courtney brought my husband home to Spokane from a hospital in Post Falls. She was wonderful to my husband and me. She helped him in the house and made sure everything was in place. Thank you so much Courtney! I could not have had a better experience and now my husband is safe at home.
