We contacted Freedom Northwest for medical transport. We were delighted by the professionalism, competence, and courteousness of our driver, Ernie. Ernie deflects compliments, explaining the Freedom Northwest Transport’s (Continued) culture is the reason for the excellence. We will continue to contact Freedom Northwest for all our transport needs. We cannot imagine a more superior service.

I needed to get my dad to a post op appointment, he is wheelchair bound. The plans I had to get him there fell through. As a long shot, I booked a ride. Courtney was able to accommodate us! Our driver was amazing and she treated us as if we were her family. Thank you all! I will definitely use Freedom going forward!
