If you want below average results and even worse customer service, look no further than dealing with Bill Freed. After agreeing on him to repair a wind damaged fence it took multiple check ins from myself just to receive a status of when he would do the job. I then received an email of him blaming me, making me feel dumb for asking for simple communication. He then shows up without telling me, my kids, wife, and I all try to be welcoming, say hello, offer water, which is all met with an attitude. The resulting work was all disappointing, materials left lying in my yard, and the fix being incomplete. Overall, I don’t understand how you treat customers like this. 10 out of 10 would not recommend for others.
