Bill and his team were the absolute best hire. They answered all of my questions, and calmed all of my worries with the custom fence of my dreams. He was open to helping make our fence puppy-proof, editing my vision as we went through the build, and was easy to communicate with start to finish. Thank you for everything!

Bill and his team did a pretty good job. They were quick. We were very impressed with the custom gate he designed for our carport. We had a few complaints at the end but Bill was willing to try to make it right. Overall a positive experience and we are happy with our new fence. EDIT: we were going to look passed how not straight our fence was or how he did not follow the original line per the contract. BUT now we found that He also left concrete everywhere and didn’t even remove old posts. Covered them up with fresh dirt or concrete blocks to hide them as seen in photo. DO NOT HIRE BILL FREED! Look at the pictures.

Bill and his team did an excellent job transforming my back yard. Step one was replacing a rusty chain link fence. They were able to save and repaint the original posts and hang new chain link. The job also included relocating the driveway gate to a more useful position and installing a second gate on the side of the house. The new fence looks great, the gates work perfectly, and the process minimized construction waste. Step 2 involved replacing a set of unstable stone and brick steps bordered by an equally unstable PVC pipe railing. A new set of wood steps with sturdy railing was laid in place on ground that slopes in two dimensions . This was a big job done in the heat of summer. Not pleasant working conditions, but Bill and team persevered for a quality job. Photos show old and new fence and steps. Bill is easy to work with and his team are hard working and efficient. I’m very pleased with the results.

Bill’s team completed our backyard privacy fence in the Northside and we are super impressed with the outcome. Bill was very responsive through email and text leading up to and through the project. They were able to accommodate or offer solutions to our requests and finished a month ahead of time. Definitely would recommend!

They did a great job, showing up earlier than expected and finishing in a couple days. It was not an easy job with a rotten fence to remove, an extreme grade, and walls to work around. We had a solid wood 6’ high fence built from scratch. There were some design decisions to be made. All this was taken in stride, and done well. Be aware however they only accept cash payment.

From getting our initial quote to the final touches on constructing the fence, Bill was very responsive and available for any questions. They were also very fast during construction - the whole job only took two days! The custom-made fence that they made looks great and really improves our backyard.

Bill and his team did an amazing job! They respond to message quick and come for evaluation the next day. They did such a nice work in a very short period of time. The communication is so easy and straightforward.Bill is very nice to work with. The price is also reasonable. I would work with them for next project for sure.

They did great work! On time everyday and finished within the time line. They even made a special gate for my front porch to keep the dog in!! They even got another job with my neighbor while they were here because he saw their work!! I will always recommend them to my friends and family!! Thank you guys!

Amazing! They returned my call the same day. In 2 days Bill came to make an estimate. Then due to circumstances with other jobs, he and his crew were able to start Friday (the very next day)!!! They removed the old rotten fence and installed beautiful new fence by Saturday afternoon. On the gate they installed cast iron hinges and latch that was similar to the old ones. I didn't even have to ask! They Didn't even damage my neighbor's fancy garden. Thanks for a great job! We love it.

Bill contacted me almost immediately after I emailed three local companies for bids to repair my fence. We met a few days later and went over the details of the project. He was able to start the job the following week, and during the entire process there was a lot of communication back and forth about options for finishes and materials, etc. The work was completed within two days, and I am very pleased at the efficiency, quality, and cost of the project. This was my review about a month ago before I really had a chance to look closely at the work that Bill did. Since then I have noticed many problems, including the fact that the pine he used was of very poor quality (NOT pressure treated, with cracks and pieces missing from it, etc.) One board even blew off after a windy night. Bill came and re-attached the board that blew off, and screwed down some of the other ones, but continued to insist that the lumber was of a high quality and that the gaps in the fence would fill in as the wood dried out. Based on the pictures I'm including, none of that is true. It was shoddy work, and he is unapologetic for all of it.
