Fred's Mobile Tyres

Dangerous! Provided with a tyre change at roadside but this was done incorrectly and put me in danger. This was later assessed by a correct tyre service who were shocked by what had happened and the work done by Fred’s tyres. This service was recommended to me by RAC. I reported the incident and danger to the service but they ignored my email. Only when I chased it, they offered a refund. At the time, I was awaiting the outcome of the RAC investigation. I have since inquired about the refund and being told by them that I had refused (which is not correct). The RAC has distanced itself and does not want to know saying it’s nothing to do with them!! Overall, I feel very letdown by this service and I was put in a dangerous position such as a blow out/ accident. Nobody is taking any responsibility and, as a result, I could not recommend this service. Please be aware and be careful. Don’t risk it and be put in danger

Blew one of my front tyres at s safari park, called Fred's Mobile Tyres for two front tyre change swift response, lovely workers;Toha and one other, attendant suggested I change rear tyres too. I was unwilling, but I accepted his suggestion. It was like saver It turned out the rear tyres needed to be changed too.

Couldn't thank this company enough! Had my first blow out today due to a pothole. They came to us even though we were an hour away! Fixed it within 10 minutes. Very friendly. Thank you so much, highly recommend! :)

Fantastic. I had a puncture and within 30mins of speaking to the guys here I was back on my way with a new fitted tyre! So quick and great communication, highly recommended.

Service is superb, called first thing Monday morning within 30 minutes fitter was at my property, tyre replaced. Would recommend to anyone needing their help.
